What is the Year of the Snake?
The Snake is the sixth of the 12-year cycle of animals which appear in the Chinese zodiac and related to the Chinese calendar, as well as in related East asian zodiacal or calendrical systems.
People born in the year: ‘Although there are many and varied interpretations regarding the Year of the Snake symbol, all persons born in 1929, 1941, 1953, 1965, 1989 and 2001 are intelligent and wise. The ancient Chinese believed if there was a snake in the house, the family would always be free from want.’
