Book Review – Gallery Of The Dead

Gallery of the Dead is the ninth Detective Robert Hunter book. Compelling, and disturbingly brilliant, Chris Carter takes you on a journey like no other.

When Detectives Hunter and Garcia are called in on a murder case that has made veteran cops lose their lunch, it is the beginning of a hunt for a twisted, sadistic killer.

Forced to work with the FBI in tracking this killer, Hunter’s unique mind and special skills soon see him making impressive headway in a case that runs across the country.

The killer seems to be a man of means, opportunity and obsession who is killing in order to make art. Racing against time to prevent more victims from falling prey to this madman, Hunter and Garcia find themselves in impending peril as they close in on their suspect.

Gallery of the Dead is an astoundingly good book, and builds on the Robert Hunter mythology, I cannot wait to read the other books in this series.
