16 Tips From A Terrible Writer


Just like any other art or skill, writing takes time and practice. It may sound simple putting words together but if you look at it, it’s not.

You have to use words to deliver your message and you have to make sense so readers can easily understand what you are trying to explain or share.

If you’re starting your own blog, there are two things you can do:

1.  Read a lot

According to the brilliant Stephen King, “If you want to be a writer, you must do two things above all others: read a lot and write a lot.”

2.  Allow yourself to be bad at it first

If you want to improve or be better at something, you have to be aware of what needs improvement. In this case, your writing skills. The more you determine what your mistakes are, the more you can avoid them.
